1. Which version should I use?
Use the latest version posted on Easygaming website always.

2. Does it have free trial?
Yes all accounts will have 1 day free trial.

3. What do I do after my free trial?
You would have to buy load.

4. How much is the load?
30 day card (720 hrs) = P260.

5. How do I buy load?

6. What do I do after I pay?
Talk to us on LiveChat or YM. Give us the details of your payment. After we verify your payment, we will give you the pins/codes online.

7. After my account is charged, can I start botting?
Yes, you can start botting for 1 month straight.

8. How do I know if my account is activated?
When you click the Verification button, there will be an expiry date.

9. Does the bot time countdown stop when I log out?
No, the bot time countdown continues even if u log out. It means once charged, your account will expire exactly 1 month after activation (even if you are not using it).

10. Once charged, how many game accounts can I bot?
Only 1, only 1 game ID can be used with each load.

11. Can I transfer remaining bot time to another game account?
Yes. Plz refer to this thread.

12. What happens when WoW goes into maintenance and gets game updates?
TZ Bot will also be updated to work with the game, usually within the same day of the next.

13. Will there be compensation when TZ Bot is down due to game maintenance and updates?
No. Game maintenance and updates is expected to happen in every game. Developers will try their best to make a new version asap without too much down time.

14. What if I get banned? Will you compensate me?
No. Bot at your own risk. You should have read our Terms and Conditions before you buy.
