1. Which version should I use?
Use the latest version posted on Easygaming website always.

2. Does it have free trial?
Free trial is currently suspended.

3. What do I do after my free trial?
You would have to buy load.

4. When will my free trial expire?
It depends on when you started using the Commercial Version. If you started at 5pm, it will expire at 5pm the next day.

5. How much are the loads?
There are 2 types of loads - 1 week and 1 month (7 day card = P120, 1 month card = P300).

6. How do I buy load?
You can buy load from Easygaming through BDO deposit, Metrobank deposit, Gcash, SmartMoney, Western Union, ML Kwarta Padala, Cebuana Padala, LBC Padala, Paypal and Moneybookers. For more instructions on how to pay, click this link - http://forums.easygaming.org/index.php?topic=21.0

7. What do I do after I pay?
Talk to us on LiveChat or YM. Give us the details of your payment. After we verify your payment, we will ask you for your game ID. We will then submit your info to the developers, they will activate your account. We will submit game IDs to programmers 3 times a day - 10am, 3pm and 7pm.

8. After my account is activated, can I start botting?
Yes, you can start botting for 1 week straight or 1 month straight depending on the load you bought.

9. How do I know if my account is activated?
You will find an expiry date at the bottom of the login screen.

10. Does the bot time countdown stop when I log out?
No, the bot time countdown continues even if u log out. It means once activated, your account will expire exactly 1 month after activation (even if you are not using it).

11. Once activated, how many game accounts can I bot?
Only 1, only 1 game ID can be used with each load.

12. Can I transfer remaining bot time to another game account?
Yes, we can send request to developers to transfer bot time but there will be a 3-day reduction in remaining bot time.

13. What happens when Luna Online goes into maintenance and gets game updates?
Luna Bot will also be updated to work with the game, usually within the same day of the next.

14. Will there be compensation when Luna Bot is down due to game maintenance and updates?
No. Game maintenance and updates is expected to happen in every game. Developers will try their best to make a new version asap without too much down time.

15. What if I get banned? Will you compensate me?
No. Bot at your own risk. You should have read our Terms and Conditions before you buy.
